As a massage therapist, Éléonore has found the perfect way to enhance her listening skills, intuition and mindfulness.
A kinetic Swedish massage and Lomi-Atsu graduate at Kiné-Concept, she knows how to combine therapy and relaxation, while letting herself be guided by the moment, to offer you a unique session.
Her presence, as well as her well-applied pressure, make her stand out. For her, a massage is a symphonic concert for two hands, a contemporary ballet, or the writing of a poem about the body.
Josiane has been working in the massage therapy field since 2011. Specializing in Swedish massage, she is always on the lookout for new techniques to enrich her treatments.
With a particular interest in health and body issues, her approach is non-judgmental and guilt-free. Her massages take place in a safe, inclusive atmosphere where all aspects of your life are taken into consideration. She uses massage therapy for relaxation, therapeutic purposes, in the context of chronic pain, or as part of a process to reclaim and accept your body.
Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves and their bodies.
Having graduated from physical education at UdM in 2011, and massage therapy at AMS in 2019, Samantha continues to perfect her skills in order to learn more about the human body and the various massage therapy techniques.
She is fascinated by the body's ability to adapt and its various compensatory mechanisms. So, by combining her diverse knowledge, she aims to find the best way to help you relax.
A relaxed body and a calm mind have marvellous reparative capacities. To achieve this, Samantha will analyze all your tensions. Then, using a combination of Swedish, Californian, Lomi Lomi and knap point techniques, she'll offer you a personalized massage tailored to your needs.
The result: relief and lasting relaxation. It's the perfect way to take a break and leave feeling lighter and more serene.
Over the years, I've developed a technique that combines Swedish, Shiatsu and lymphatic drainage. To this, I add stretching and deep-tissue stimulation at strategic points. Over time, I've come to realize that it's possible, even essential, for the patient to feel the therapeutic work being done while remaining comfortable and relaxed, which makes it much easier to achieve the objective of reducing or, better yet, eliminating tension and/or pain.
Massage therapy also involves my passion for communication. At the start of a massage, it's important for me to establish contact with my patient in order to target his or her needs as precisely as possible. My work takes me, not only to the heart of the human being, but to the very core, on all levels: physical, emotional, intellectual, social and/or spiritual. I remain aware of these aspects at all times, and I adapt my treatment largely by trusting my intuition.
In short, for me, being a massage therapist is the most beautiful thing in the world, and every day I feel truly privileged to be able to practice it and to derive so much satisfaction and recognition from it.
Professionally trained in contemporary dance, I pursue my interest in the body and anatomy by completing studies in Kinetic Swedish massage therapy.
I see this approach as an empathetic encounter and exchange between two human beings. A time during which the recipient can reconnect with him or herself in a unique and soothing moment.
Attentive to your needs and your ailments, I wish to accompany you in a gentle way with an enveloping and rejuvenating touch. I look forward to welcoming you to Spa Centrale Parc, where I practice my profession with passion.
With 20 years of experience, so many encounters and treatments, so much sharing and so much training, as well as an open heart and mind, I've learned to adapt and evolve my practices.
Particularly interested in traditional Asian and Polynesian approaches, I like to approach the complexity of the human being as a whole. Thai and Hawaiian massages are effective for releasing deep physical and emotional tensions.
My knowledge, based on anatomy and physiology, has been enriched by several years of osteopathy. By learning Californian massage, lymphatic drainage and the Trager approach, I discovered the power of gentleness and the importance of a holistic approach. Training in counselling, active listening and sexology has given me a deeper understanding of the human being as a whole.
My personal journey has also included the practice of martial arts and capoeira. For several years now, it's been the daily practice of QiGong that has increased my energetic awareness, sensitivity and presence. I'm currently completing my training as a QiGong instructor. This energetic approach has become increasingly present in my treatments and massages.
My approach to massage therapy is personalized, holistic and tailored to your needs.
Having discovered martial arts and Qi Gong in my youth, I became fascinated by the inner workings of the human body and the resources it possesses. I wanted to share this ability to use the body to achieve balance and harmony, so the world of massage therapy naturally presented itself to me in 2008.
The combination of modern techniques, such as Swedish massage, and more traditional ones, such as Shiatsu, Tuina and Thai Yoga massage, enables me to lead my clients towards deep relaxation and a sense of mental, emotional and physical well-being. In addition, the daily practice of meditation and various internal arts bring me calm, concentration and openness, as well as the ability to carefully listen and pay attention.
With experience, and having had the chance to work with people with very different requirements and specific needs, I've come to believe that, beyond the importance of mastering techniques, it's the massage therapist's presence and their ability to sense the body's needs that make all the difference.
Charlotte's passion for dance, teaching and university research continued unabated for almost thirteen years, but her love of listening to and supporting others, as well as the two end-of-life accompaniments she carried out as part of an association, enabled her to reveal her true inner path. After becoming a Reiki Master (Usui Shiki Ryôhô), whose practice remains a great source of fulfillment for her, she decided to pursue her questioning of the body and its energy in a different way.
She then began her professional reconversion as a massage therapist using the polarity approach. At the same time, she continued her core courses at Kiné-Concept-Guijek, where Agnès Lacasse and François Jasmin taught her Californian massage. Focusing and Shiro Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage are also part of her training. All this training enables Charlotte to consider the whole being, at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
In her view, listening and being present in a caring way create a space for intuition, self-development and self-affirmation. She also invites her clients to free their words and explore the possibility of deep gentleness, to awaken and then welcome their inner experience in the massage, defusing tension and pain with a less abrupt, but just as convincing, touch.
Charlotte's aim, combined with constant consent and respect for what is expressed by the body, is to enable others to rediscover the ability to listen and become aware of their needs so that they can move harmoniously and confidently towards well-being and inner peace.
For her, it's always a privilege, a wonder and a gift to be able to accompany and soothe someone, and in so doing, to feel mutually connected to something greater than oneself.
A graduate of the Collège Ostéopathique de Bordeaux in France, Axel's five years of training, including three years of hands-on practice, gave him the opportunity to work in his school's teaching clinics, where he came into contact with a wide range of patients, from infants to the elderly, pregnant women, athletes, and people with disabilities.
Along the way, he also had the opportunity to take part in a humanitarian trip to Sri Lanka, and to work alongside young disabled people. These experiences have helped shape his gentle approach and attentive listening to his patients.
His approach to osteopathic practice is holistic, enabling him to adapt to a wide range of patients and conditions.
As a passionate osteopath, Axel is dedicated to the well-being of his patients. He aims to provide you with the best possible support, adopting a multidisciplinary approach when necessary.
My passion for understanding people, my empathy, and my intuition – developed by my background in human sciences and theatre – are the driving forces behind my desire to take care of people.
This path naturally led me to massage therapy.
I welcome you into a space of mutual trust, allowing my touch to bridge the gap between your body and your mind, to meet your unique needs.
With my holistic approach, I navigate your tensions, heaviness, blockages or simply your desire to relax.
Combining Californian massage and Lomi lomi, I’m committed to the rhythm of the waves of movement, allowing you to disconnect from stress while guiding you towards a deep connection with yourself.
